- Always S.A.F.E. is dedicated to the regulation of procedures and kennel personnel so guardians and their animals are not put at unnecessary risk, abuse or harm.
The Purpose of our Website S.A.F.E.
- Share any personal stories or information regarding your pets or other pets abuse or neglect while kenneled in the state of Oregon.
- Provide a victim's road map of resources for owners/guardians of abused or neglected companion animals.
- Create an Awareness of the unreported abuses taking place within some of our boarding kennels.
- Highlight the need for explicit legislation and procedures to protect boarded animals in the care of others.
- Institute boarding kennel certification and policies of best practices.
- Throughout Zoe's web-site there are opportunities to donate and support her cause of moving states to implement legislation in order to protect all beloved kenneled pets and honor the spirit and life of our dearly loved companions.
- Learn more about Zoe's Bill and then choose how you may wish to support the building of legislation to protect and honor all our beloved companions. You may wish to make a donation through our Contact Us page. Or, you may wish to have your customized Prayer Flag printed to hang in solidarity within the Community Prayer Flag that will fly in Salem, Oregon as new legislation to protect our kenneled loved ones is developed into a sustainable reality.

The tragedy that devastated Zoe's life will serve little purpose unless you help us bring meaning to her courageous will to live.
